Making of Jau Dalia Pulao Recipe

To get ready Jau Dalia pulao, we will dry dish 1/2 cup of Jau Daliya over medium fire. Cook Jau (Grain) till its variety changes and becomes fragrant. Once simmered, take the dalia out in a bowl.

Note: Grain requires just 4 minutes to get very much cooked.

Add 1 tbsp of ghee to the cooker. At the point when the ghee softens, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and meal momentarily.
