Ingredients for Daliya Upma Recipe : 

Porridge - 1/2 cup 

Carrot- 1/4 cup ( finely chopped) 

Capsicum - 1/4 cup ( finely chopped) 

French beans - 1/4 cup ( finely chopped) 

Cauliflower - 1/4 cup ( finely chopped) 

Tomato - 1 ( finely chopped) 

Green Coriander- 1 to 2 tbsp ( finely chopped) 

Oil - 1 tsp 

Green chili - 1 ( finely chopped) 

Ginger - 1/2 inch ( finely chopped) 

Curry leaves - 8 to 10 

Black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp 

Peanuts- 1 tbsp 

Turmeric - Less than 1/4 tsp 

Salt -  More than 1/2 tsp or to taste

Making of Daliya Upma : 

To make dalia upma, put dalia in skillet and dry meal it while constantly mixing till it changes tone and become fragrant. Tuen off fire. It requires 2 to 3 minutes to broil it. Take it out in a plate.

Heat the cooker and put 1 tsp oil in it to warm. Add dark mustard seeds and dish it. From that point forward, add 1/2 tsp urad dal and meal it till pinkish. Bring down the fire and add curry leaves, green bean stew and ginger and blend well. Add slashed veggies-carrot, capsicum, french beans and cauliflower. Cook for 1 moment while constantly mixing them.

Daliya upma 

Add finely cleaved tomato too and blend it. Add cooked dalia, simmered peanuts and blend them well.

Add 1.25 cup water, turmeric powder and salt to it. Blend them well and cook dalia till 1 whistle. Switch off the fire after whistle blows and let the tension of the cooker get away from itself.

From that point onward, open the top and marginally mix the dalia. To some degree cover it with top and pass on it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Following 5 minutes , blend some green coriander in dalia and take it out in a bowl.

Luxurious dalia upma is prepared. Embellish it with some green coriander. You can involve ground coconut too. Serve it alongside your number one chutney or curd.

This amount insufficient for 2 to 3 individuals.

Ideas

You can add veggies to the Daliya as wanted. Like green peas, brocoli and so on or skirt those you loathe.
